PREMIER BANKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A.  Terms & Conditions of Membership

1.  The enhanced banking services enjoyed by Premier Banking members is made available provided members meet the membership criteria for Premier Banking, as revised from time to time by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (OCBC) [‘Membership Criteria’] at all times.

2.  OCBC will levy a service fee of RM80 per month where a member fails to meet the Membership Criteria at any time and such service fee will be debited from any of the member’s accounts.

3.  OCBC reserves the right to vary, suspend, withdraw or terminate any or all the privileges under Premier Banking without prior notice and without need to assign any reason thereof.

4.  OCBC’s prevailing rules, regulations and conditions governing the member’s various accounts (as revised from time to time by OCBC) for OCBC’s banking services continue to be binding in addition to any applicable terms and conditions for the enhanced banking services enjoyed by Premier Banking members.

5.  Premier Banking membership cards remain the property of OCBC at all times and shall be returned by the member upon OCBC’s request.
