MEPS IBG

With MEPS InterBank GIRO, you can now transfer funds from your OCBC Bank Savings and Current accounts to 24 other financial institutions at the comfort of your home or at any of the IBG participating bank branches. The charges imposed by OCBC Bank to perform an IBG funds transfer or payment transaction are as follows:

Standard InterBank GIRO fee :

For the first two transactions of the month

RM0.50 per transaction for each account

Subsequent transactions of the month

RM2.00 per transaction for each account

* For IQ Elite and IQ Basic account holders, the above rates do not apply. IBG transaction fee for IQ customers are based on IQ privileges.

Effective from 29th November 2011, you can make Funds Transfers/Payments to Savings Accounts, Current Account and Charge Card Accounts to Al-Rajhi Bank (M) Berhad via MEPS Interbank GIRO (IBG).
Effective from 29th November 2011, you can make Funds Transfers/Payments to Savings Accounts, Current Accounts and Housing Loan Accounts to Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (M) Berhad via MEPS Interbank GIRO (IBG).
For Al-Rajhi Bank (M) Berhad, credit card payments are meant for Charge Card payments.
For Maybank, credit card payments are meant for Maybank Credit Cards & Maybank Amex Credit Cards.
For Ambank,credit card payments are meant for Ambank & MBF Credit Cards.
Customers of the participating financial institutions may also transfer funds from their accounts to the other participating financial institutions, including OCBC Bank.
For Public Bank/Public Finance Loan Account/HP repayment, please enter 10 digit Account No. followed by 5 digit Note ID No.
Bank Rakyat accepts Personal loan / Housing loan & other loans (except Ar-Rahnu / Az-Zahad).

The funds will be available in the beneficiary's account based on the schedule stated below:

	Via OCBC Internet Banking (24 hours)

	Via Phone Banking (1300-88-5000 or 603-8317-5000, when calling from overseas)

	Over the Counter Transactions (Branches)

Guidelines

Via Internet OCBC Internet Banking (24 hours)

Log on to https://www.ocbc.com.my/internet-banking/

	Click on "Funds Transfer to Other Banks"

	Complete the details required and click "Preview"

	Confirm your transaction and click "SUBMIT"

You can transfer up to a maximum amount of RM5,000 per day.

Via Phone Banking: OCBC Phone Bank (office hours)

Call OCBC Phone Bank at 1300-88-5000 or 603-8317-5000 (when calling from overseas)

	Select your preferred language - Press for 1 English or 2 for Mandarin or 3 for Bahasa Malaysia

	Select your choice of services - Press 1 for Banking Transactions

	Enter your Phonecode and Telephone PIN

	Press 3 for Funds Transfer & Bill Payment

	Press 5 for InterBank GIRO funds transfer.

You can transfer up to a maximum amount of RM3,000 per account per day.

Over the Counter Transactions

Visit any OCBC or IBG participating bank’s branch and perform InterBank GIRO transactions by

	Filling up TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER / INTERBANK TRANSFER / INTERBANK GIRO application form.

You can transfer up to a maximum amount of RM100,000 per InterBank GIRO transaction over the counter.
