How do I Register for OCBC Internet Banking

You will need to have either of these OCBC Bank services before you can register and begin your OCBC Internet Banking experience::

- OCBC ATM card
- OCBC Credit Card

For customers who do not have either of the above services, please approach our Personal Financial Consultant at any of our branches to apply for one. Registration is done at your convenience, whether at home or at your office through the Internet.

To register, please follow the 5 simple steps below:

  1. Go to OCBC Internet Banking Signup page
  2. Enter either your OCBC ATM card number or OCBC Credit Card number and its respective Personal Identification Number ( PIN ).
  3. Upon successful verification of your OCBC ATM card number or OCBC Credit Card and the respective PIN , you will be asked to enter your Login ID and password.
  4. Create your Login ID and password. Please note that your Login ID must be at least 6 characters long. Your password must be between 8 and 14 characters and consist of at least one alphabet and one number, eg. 1Password, P1234567, etc.
  5. You will be asked to select your preferred 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) token. The 2FA token is used to generate additional 6 digit One-Time Password (OTP) as additional security feature to protect you. 3 options are available. You may opt to have the OTP sent to you via SMS or generated by a small hardware token or software on your mobile phone (Java phones only).

Note: For assistance on how to create a secure password and subsequently to pretect it, please click on the "Password Tips".   You may change your password anytime by clicking on 'Change Password' on the screen menu.
